Lancrigg has seventeen spacious en-suite bedrooms that are all individually finished and named to reflect the history of the house. All rooms have recently undergone renovations to introduce modern facilities whilst still maintaining their original character. Throughout Lancrigg all our guests have access to free wifi.
Wainwright
A quiet room with flat screen free-view TV, tea and coffee facilities. This room can be set as a twin room to accommodate our guests and their pets and can also double up as a family or group annexe with two other rooms.
Silver Howe
This room is on the first floor and has one of the best views in the hotel. It has a three-piece bathroom with shower and tea and coffee making facilities.
Darwin
This quiet and large first floor room offers a spacious stay, tucked away to the rear side of the house. It can be turned into a twin room, but can also accommodate Z-Beds. It has a three-piece bathroom with shower and tea and coffee making facilities. It has a seating area and views over our lovely Lakeland Slate barn.
Nightingale
One of our newly decorated rooms, this is situated on the first floor and is quiet and serene overlooking our Lakeland Slate barn and gardens. It has a three-piece bathroom with shower and tea and coffee making facilities.
Wordsworth
Wordsworth is a lovely first floor room with fantastic views of the fells and gardens. It has a modern three-piece bathroom and shower and tea and coffee making facilities.
Dickens
A characterful first floor front of house room with fell and garden views. It is a cosy room with a vintage feel. There is a three-piece bathroom with bath and tea and coffee making facilities.
Whittington
Our family room is on the first floor tucked away from the rest of the hotel in a charming annexe overlooking the stunning Easedale fells. It has one of the best views in the hotel. This room is ideal for families with a kingisze bed and two further single beds and can also be a twin or triple room with extra space for a Z-Beds It has a bathroom with shower and tea and coffee making facilities.
Easedale
Easedale is one of our ground floor rooms. This is a peaceful room with a beautiful bay window overlooking the garden. It is spacious and accommodates those who prefer plenty of room, wheelchair access or a twin room setting. There is a sitting area in the bay window to enjoy the views. Tea and coffee making facilities. Wet-room style bathroom.
Azalea
Azalea is a large king-size suite. With many windows it has views of our gardens and to the side the stunning Azaleas. It is a spacious room which can accommodate a z-bed if you have children staying. The bathroom has bath and shower. Tea and coffee making facilities also available.
